Can I discuss an XL configuration that is not listed?
Yes. Send the equipment model, weight, dimensions, truck details, route and timing. Our sales team can review the XL configuration you need and confirm availability or order options before quoting.
What is the difference between overall and concentrated capacity?
Overall capacity and concentrated capacity describe different loading conditions. A concentrated rating states how much weight can be carried over a specified deck length. Deck extension, load placement and the exact configuration matter; use the manufacturer’s chart for the proposed trailer.
What warranty does XL publish?
XL’s current policy generally describes five-year structural, three-year paint and one-year parts coverage, with conditions and exclusions. Trunnion suspension trailers, including MGX, have two-year structural coverage. Coverage depends on the trailer and policy eligibility; review the full policy for the proposed unit.
Can I arrange financing or speak with sales first?
