Match the truck and trailer
Choice publishes a 50,000–70,000-pound tag-a-long family range. That trailer rating does not establish what a particular truck can tow. Bring the truck, hitch and braking details along with the machine’s weight and dimensions.
Ask for the dimensioned loading layout
Confirm the usable flat deck, beavertail, ramp length and loaded deck height on the quoted build. Choice shows different deck and beavertail dimensions in its family overview and equipment example, so a build drawing is the right basis for fit.

No. Review the truck and hitch ratings, braking system, axle loading, loaded dimensions and loading geometry. The complete towing combination must fit the job, not just the trailer’s nominal capacity.
