This is a nonstock drop ship item, upon order it would have to be drop shipped to you from the manufacturer. 

The roller plate assembly is what holds the swing arms and torsion springs on the trailer for the tarp system to operate. This is the roller plate assembly only; it does not come with the big torsion springs, the spring mount post, or the spring stop assembly.
