BWS steel end-dump trailers

Start with the material and unloading site, then work through body size and gate configuration. BWS’s steel end-dump range uses a quarter-frame scissor design, with model-specific dimensions and floor specifications.

What to compare

Match the body to the material

The published DT model entries specify a 3/16 in. Hardox 450 floor. Confirm the complete body and floor specification against the material, impact and wear requirements.

Choose the discharge setup

BWS lists a top-hinged gate with air locks, plus alternative gate options. Discuss material flow, clearance and the intended unloading process.

Plan the unloading site

Review ground conditions, overhead clearance and operating requirements before selecting a raised-body trailer. Body volume alone does not establish working payload.
