Western Companies, including Western Truck & Trailer Sales, Inc., Western Service Center, Western Finance and Leasing, and Ranco.com care about the security of your payment information. We want to make sure you feel comfortable and confident with every transaction you make with us, whether it’s a lease payment on your trailer, an invoice for service performed at our shop, or an order for parts. No matter what you’re paying for, we never want you to be concerned about your payment information. In order to accomplish this, we use a secure application called PayFabric to process all credit card payments.
What is PayFabric?
PayFabric is a cloud-based payment processing solution that makes it easy for merchants to manage and accept online payments while processing them safely for the peace of mind of their customers. Using PayFabric as the payment processing solution reduces the cha
nces of credit card fraud taking place with your card. This is done through the validation of your card when you make purchases, as well as the way it is stored within the PayFabric Wallet. Because your data is securely saved in the cloud, your sensitive payment information is completely removed from our local environment.
When you use your card at checkout and save your card in your wallet for future use, it is encrypted and kept completely secret. Only the last 4 digits of the card show, so that you know which card you are using. The card number in its entirety does not show up in the account, or on our end, for your security and protection. We are never able to view the full details of saved credit cards in your Wallet.

This allows for faster checkout no matter where you are shopping with us. Our goal was to make our payment process's as smooth, seamless, and as hassle-free as possible for our customers so that you can buy your parts or pay your invoices quickly and get back to work. Your PayFabric Wallet with your saved payment methods are available anywhere you do business with Western Companies, so that you don’t have to pull out your physical wallet when you are paying with us.
